History/Significance A Chhatri or commemorative memorial on the outskirts of the historic Khanua village in Bharatpur district. The battle field at Khanua was the site for the second (March 17, 1527) of the series of three major battles, victories in which gave Babur over lordship over north India. First Battle of Panipat was the first of the series, Battle of Ghaghra was the last.
